Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music/dance themes that create a dynamic and fun workout! The routines are easy to follow and do. No dance experience is necessary. The routines feature fitness interval training, with combined fast and slow rhythms, that tone and sculpt the body.
Please note that this class is normally conducted wearing appropriate footwear. In this venue, we will be dancing barefoot. Therefore, the class will be modified. “Barefoot Zumba”, will be conducted at a slightly slower pace, with an emphasis on core and balance. We will use rhythms such as Flamenco, and Bellydance, as well as modified Salsa and Cumbia.

Yoga & Acro Play Workshop with Molly Murkett Bruno
Fun yoga and movement workshop for beginners through advanced! Expand your practice, increase your strength, stamina and confidence. Hone your body awareness, strengthen the core, and improve your balance with a yoga flow, and then it’s time to play! Learn to go upside down with inversions like handstands and headstands. Fly your partner and be flown with Acro Yoga! A safe, community atmosphere for ages 11+, from newbie to seasoned yogi. Under 18+ will need parental permission slip signed at drop off.
