Sunday, June 1st, 5 PM, Nightshade Productions to stage a Visual Literature presentation of Nicky Checker’s soon-to-be published paperback novels, DRUIDS and SCRATCH (Oak Tree Press, California). Presentation is at the Dragon’s Egg Studio in Ledyard and will entreat audiences to a hypnotic theatrical medium by dramatizing a chapter from each literary work. (Tasty refreshments provided generously by Antinores Pizza of Quaker Hill.) No official charge for admission, but donations of any amount are gratefully accepted to help Dragon’s Egg bring future works to life; a portion will also go to Forgotten Angels Rescue Sanctuary in Griswold.
