Hoop Dance – Connecting with the Sacred Circle, with Maia Bingham.  maiabingles@gmail.com

Come reconnect with or experience for the first time – the beautiful relationship formed between this circular representation of the sacred feminine and your own divine body.  In this introductory class, we will learn the basics of on & off body hooping and open a dynamic bond between you and the hoop.  No experience necessary & hoops WILL be provided.  Wear comfortable clothes and get ready to let loose and have FUN!!!
