Hello, I am Jessica Ferrol, the Community Ayurvedic Herbalist. I am a mother of three, wife, student and an avid seeker of ultimate peace, love and health for my family and myself. Since I was a little girl, I have pondered the questions: “What are the factors that influence Health?” and “What’s the secret to finding stillness in this hectic world?” I looked for these answers everywhere. At age 25, I fell in love with Yoga and immediately began training as a yoga teacher. At age 27, I found Ayurveda and 3 months later moved across the country to study at one of the best Ayurvedic schools in the USA. These sister sciences provided all the answers to my life long questions and much more! They have given me the power and wisdom to care for myself and my family, naturally. Now, it is my passion and my intention to share this with you!
I get how challenging it can be to find time to care for yourself, cook healthy food, exercise and so on. The very best of intentions to be healthy can get overcome by the endless demands of life. Ayurveda provides you with simple wellness routines that cushion you against the wear and tear of daily activity and stress. Although Ayurveda can’t make our schedule magically free up, it will give us the strength and stamina to do our best each day and live life fully.
I am a certified Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Pancha Karma Specialist, Registered Yoga Therapist and Herbalist. I have been in private practice since 2003 supporting the community via Ayurvedic consultations, home made herbal formulations and workshops for over 10 years. In 2001, I completed the 300 hour yoga teacher training at the America Yoga Academy.
