January’s New Year Retreat on the 25th. 

About the event:

Participants are guided through a signature process of discovering and activating the energetic frequency of their highest intentions for the New Year.  It is a very freeing, clarifying and empowering process!  (Nothing like your old New Year Resolutions, lol.)  The retreat will include journaling, guided meditation, sweet connection with kindred spirits- and of course, the uplifting, transformative experience of the Sacred Sound Awakening to expand, activate and anchor those new energies.  I’ve been leading a version of this retreat for at least five years now, and it is always inspiring, heart-opening, and deeply grounding.  Such a great way to begin the New Year!
